Prices

During the Spring, Summer and Autumn seasons we usually offer bed and breakfast accommodation, although half board accommodation may be available for groups by prior arrangement.

Prices range from 75 Swiss Francs to 140 Swiss Francs per person per night, depending on the date of your visit, the length of your stay and the number of people you wish to book for. We may be able to offer a discount to larger groups or those with children.

Our services such as collecting you from the station on your arrival, making restaurant or train reservations, booking activities and helping you to arrange walking and travel passes are free of charge. It is important to us that your visit is as relaxed and care-free as possible.

When you contact us, please let us know the number of people you would like to book for and the dates of your proposed stay, as well as details of the rooms you would like (single room or double room) and whether you would like bed and breakfast or half board accommodation.

We will reply to you as soon as possible with details of availability and the precise costs for your group/family.

Booking

To make a booking, please complete our Booking Form which you will find above, and return it to us by fax or email. We will also ask you to pay a deposit of 20% of the cost of your stay at the time of booking.

The best way to pay your deposit is by direct transfer to our Swiss Franc account (the details of which we will give you at the time of booking). Alternatively however, you may pay your deposit in UK Pounds Sterling (at the spot exchange rate) by direct transfer to our UK account or by credit card. If you prefer the latter option, please note that this will incur a 2.5% surcharge to cover bank charges.

The balance payment for your holiday can be made by direct transfer to our Swiss account prior to your arrival at Chalet Espen, or in cash when you are here, whichever you prefer.
